I'm retrying comics I tried a while ago, like the Wind Waker one I said I'd do in like, 2006. I figured that now I'm a little better at drawing than I was three years ago, I'd try it. However, I'm still practicing. In all honesty, I want to use the Wind Waker manga as practice for my own which I've planned a lot on, but because I haven't been updating a lot, no development is really evident. Story is that I want to practice before I do the real deal, in case I want to develop anything else before I start. I do understand that I'd need to work on my greyscale colouring and using noise for comic effects, gawwr. And no, no coloured boat. Hate that boat.

Ahem! So this is a practice page of a scene from Phantom Hourglass that I wanted to do for a long time. Mostly, I just wanted an excuse to draw Linebeck. I have to draw him in my style so he's less... distressing. Every time I draw him in Phantom Hourglass style, I gain a week of nightmares. It's rather nice being able to draw more varied characters; Link is short, Oshus is old, and Linebeck has a long face. By the way, I hate drawing old people. I don't know why... I also wanted to practice expressions, but that didn't go over well. In panel seven, I wanted to give Linebeck an irritated, questioning face, but all I got was him looking like he smelled something awful.

Also, I'm always going to replace my writing with font from now on. I mean, look at my writing! Urgh.
