This is from a short arc in the webcomic Princess Planet where Princess Christi here (who is the protagonist) loses everything after playing poker with some skeletons and has to cover up with leaves. Fortunately for her she later found out that they were using a loaded deck and got her clothes and gear back by beating the lead skeleton in an arm-wrestling contest.
