Slenderman x Reader Stirring part 1
The leaves crunch under your feet. The birds singing their same songs that you didn’t understand. You stop by the huge willow tree, taking out your violin you begin to play. Your fingers gracefully dance on the violin strings, you fell someone watching you as you always felt. You live in a small village near this huge forest, a forbidden forest. You seen the curses and dead bodies from this forest however you ignored it. Your village was all about the legendary myth of an evil heartless killer. Everyone knows about this being, however you always believed the tall faceless being meant no harm.
You thought if maybe you were nice to this being, that he wouldn’t be so cruel. Maybe he was just scared of the villagers, which were also scared of him. You suddenly freeze as you hear the gathering bells. You quickly put your violin away, running to the meeting wondering what might have occurred now. Upon arriving you can hear sad cries, and that’s when you knew that another victim has been killed. Your face became dull; you clench your fists looking at the left over parts of the boy who died today.
People were cursing the being out, replying hateful comments about him too. You shut your eyes, tears streaming down your cheeks. You held your violin close. Trying to close out all the hateful comments, but you couldn’t take it anymore. The dead bodies, the whispers of the forest, the hypocritical words of the villagers, and the peace you felt in the forest everyone hate was flashing by your mind. You simply broke down. Your violin slips from your clutches, your face staring at your shoes. You whisper, “Shut up…”
No one was able to hear your whisper, their voices echoing in your mind. “Shut up, shut up, shut up, shut up…” you reply faster in a small whisper, but it didn’t change anything. You grit your teeth, clenching your fists tighter. “Shut Up! Shut Up! Shut Up! SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP! SHHHUUUUUT UUUUP!” You scream, everyone’s eyes turn to you. Everyone called you the Village Witch since you were the only person to not have gone through… the Slender Sickness.
You could sense their fears, their bodies stiffen. Your eyes red and puffy from the crying “Freak!” A boy yelled out, you shiver your eyes widen. Quickly you grab your violin, then dashing away from everyone else. You could hear them whispering comments about you. They knew you as the freak, witch, orphan and other cruel names. You ran back to the place you call home, which was the small temple at the edge of the village. You squeeze in into the temple, lying on the wooden floor.
You study your hand, thinking about what they claim about you. All of it was true, you were a freak… You’re able to sometimes read peoples mind, sense emotions, tell truth from lies, seeing things others couldn’t. You rub your tears away, the wind began to stir the orange yellow leaves. It almost seemed to be beckoning you into the forest. But you sensed it wasn’t wanting to be friendly but… a want a hungry for blood.
You call yourself foolish for following the wind, slowly wondering throughout the forest. Your eyes wondered around the forest, your eyes catching the beauty of the orange and yellow leaves. You watch in awe, your hair almost covering your eyes. You instanty turn your head as you sense something swiftly approaching you, your eyes widen. A tall slender being pins you to a tree, its tentacles pinning you firmly. Your eyes no longer widen but curiously starring at the being before you. It had no face but sudden a mouth appeared, the blood of innocent children dripping down its face as it smiles.
The blood dripping on your face, it was going to kill you. But you remained perfectly calm, staring caring into the being. Before it was able to kill you, a boy tackles the being down. Both of then slender and tall, but the boy had a human appearance. His jet black hair flowing slowly in the wind, his fists aiming at the tall faceless being. He also had tentacles coming from his back, but he only used them to dodge. He grabs you bridal style, then makes his escape.
You stare at his pale white face and lively forest green eyes. The black side bangs that moved side to side due to the wind. You wonder if this was the person or thing that would listen to you play violin every day. He took you out of the forest, putting you down gently. His face seemed almost sad, he turns but before he can disappeared you grab his sleeve.
“Wait!” you squeak, he turns his eyes surprised. You furrow your eyebrows studying him. He blushes looking away. “You’re the boy who listens to me play violin right?” He gasps, you slowly let him go smiling “Thanks” He turns his head whispering, “No problem…” And he disappears into the forest.
You knew you would go out again tomorrow with your violin, hoping to face him again.
