Nice piece!
Well done lighting. It might look nice to bring some of the purple hue from the background into the figure.
I do have one important suggestion though.
I like your gradients and your shading, but you might want to think about a bit more contrast between the values.
The transition looks a bit subtle to me, and while it looks good on screen I'm afraid it might get lost should it go to print. I've made this mistake myself and there's little more frustrating than doing all this work just to have it disappear in print.
Of course take this with a grain of salt because my monitor might just be that different from yours. A good judge is to print it out and see
