Definitely a cow... she has udders. I will upload a photo of the bull later. He is massive (and has had his horns removed for safety!) There's no danger really. There is a herd of highland cattle where I took this and its right on a main public footpath. Hundreds of people walk past them everyday so they are really used to people. They are really laid back.
