hmm well this is an exelent photo
but it could use a smidgen of editing in the bg
what appeared at first to be plain black I can see a fram in the upper left hand corner and something else in next to the stem
this can be easily fixed by blacking that out in whatev eryo use to edit your photos (hell even microsoft paint might work)
I think it fyou did that it would be amazing

this is a very nice macro shot... it seems to me though, that if the lighting where a bit more diffused you get a better sense of texture and tonal depth... no matter becuase the pictures still stands out...
