I think the contrast between the objects with many curving lines and the books with straight lines, and I expect the books are special things for this character. I like the colors and patterns on the desk.

I am pleased that you find this work interesting. I don’t know if you read the rules of the competition for which I drew this work, but all the details in my picture are important because I took Van Gogh’s painting as a basis and I tried to save and remake some elements from his painting so that the viewer guessed about my source of inspiration. I saved the image of the constellation Ursa Major. The wavy lines on the clothes resemble glare on the water from a Van Gogh painting.
