Oookay. I know this one is in the wrong category. XD If it's not, meh. I put it in the weather category 'cause of the beautiful weather in the picture, since it was winter and that whole week we had been having snow storms. v_v Then the sun came out and it all melted so fast. O_O Though that always happens here.
This is old, and it sucks.. >_> But my family seemed to really like it.
To take the picture, I just pressed my webcam up to my window. LOL! Yeah, I'm surprised it didn't look all LBKHASDKLBASDKLJBAkjsbdKJBASDKBJ!!@!!!111!! Considering there is glass infront of it. 
Anyone have a name suggestion for the picture?

Haha not bad for a webcam! I dunno, there isn't much advice I can give for formal elements if you're using a webcam. Also, the title is just what the picture represents to you. If it's a winter picture to you, a winter picture is what it should be
