One of my favourite moments from The Son of Neptune, so I drew a thing.
I just re-read the part for this and Nico's supposed to be wearing a black overcoat. well damn.
Had a lot of fun with this one! Lots of experimenting, starting to get a hold of colouring in Sketchbook Pro. ^^

ALSO to all of the people who are still waiting for their requests, thank you for being so patient with me. I'm slowly but surely working on them and getting them done when I get home from work everyday. Hopefully I'll be able to blast though a couple this weekend!

I'm really liking Sketchbook so far, it's a nice program. The only thing that kind of bugs me is that sometimes the resolution goes a bit haywire. It's probably just me though haha.

I love it I do, but since Hazel is straight up Haitian her just would not flow in the wind, it wouldn't. Haitian hair, and this is coming from a Haitian person with Haitian hair, is KINKY and NAPPY think way less ringlets and more frizzy Afro. In this scene she hasn't comed in hair in almost a hundred years. She is definitely going to have some nappy pappies.

Well, I don't think it's "based" off of it but I guess it's kind of similar. In the book Nico says "you're different" cause he sees that Hazel still has her consciousness and memories despite being in the Underworld because she's a child of the death god like him. spoilers? haha

They're pretty good books. Keep in mind though that they're kind of meant for a younger age so they can be pretty goofy. That's half of the reason why I like them so much though haha. BUT OMG if my drawing can make people get into Percy Jackson oh man haha! ;___;
