They always say deception looks beautiful.
Back-story:
Paul never could keep his nose out of other's business. So it was no surprise to his Mistress Rose when she caught him watching her shower. But as flattering and sexual as the situation was, he needed to be punished. Seeing this as a good opportunity to practice her shrink powers, Rose made him even smaller than last time! She went to sit on her favorite seat in the house, she dropped Paul and squashed him with her colossal ass. (But that's just from Paul's perspective, Rose, you have a great butt. XP) Knowing that the added cushioning of the chair made him more durable, she would sit on him all day and night, using the cloned servants her now squished lover gave her as a gift to get her anything she needed, on the dot. She was uninterrupted, enjoying a lazy day of punishing her pet... that is, until YOU came by unexpectedly. She greets you with a wide, innocent smile, like nothing is out of the ordinary. But not everything is what it seems...
This took me a LONG time to do cause I kept slacking off, but it's done now. Marvel at it. XP

After reading that, I can see it from your point of view. But rest assured, she gives him all the TLC any Mistress would give her pet. Maybe more. But pets still get punished, and the pics I've shown so far are only of Paul going through said punishments. If I were to show you a pic of the two having just a nice, happy moment together, then I'm sure you would see it from a different perspective. Besides, he kinda likes it. I believe he does meet the 4 requirements from your text;
1.) They're actually boyfriend/girlfriend, but Paul enjoys being treated like a pet, so Rose 'took him into captivity'.
2.) Trust me, Rose always has the final say. She can be very... persuasive. Unless, she sometimes asks Paul stuff like 'What should we do today'? She usually asks this when she can't decide herself.
3.) As explained by 1, she loves him and he loves her back.
4.) Points 1 and 3 cancel out the possibility.
