I feel I'm near the end now. I've done a load of test renders trying out various poses. I've added some additional bones in the shoulder area of the cloak to help with fitting and even added a couple bones behind the ears to allow the beads to sway (which you will literally never see unless the character is bald!). Now all I need to do is work out where to sell it
