I agree with that. I really like it when people reply back. A lot of the really popular people on DA have some superiority thing going on and often don't reply to ANYTHING.
I don't always reply but I try to when I think someone left a really nice comment or something. If I ever got really popular I'm going to still reply to people.
I think that artists should return respect to their fans.

It's because english is my first language. 
I think you asked if I live in China. But it is hard because there are so many different meanings for chinese words if you put them in romanji, so that is why I'm not sure.
