SPOILER! ...but I guess it's a little late for that.
I played and finished Fahrentheit (aka Indigo Prophecy) in one sitting with my mates the other day and really enjoyed it. Although, it all got a little bizarre toward the end and the sex scene in the train car was completely non sensical... so I thought I'd do this
This is half about the joke and half a bit of practice to get back into some drawing/CGing. I've decided I'm not happy with the shading style in Rocksalt2 so I'm going to have to come up with a hybrid CG pencil approach.
But, I digress. Hope someone got a laugh out of the pic and it didn't ruin anything for anyone.

Despite that fact, it would have been nice if we had been given a "segment" that is set during the course of that time (a day in the life, if you will).
It could be just a segment where Lucas and Carla are talking and you choose topic options, etc. Alot of good ideas spring to mind of what could have been done.
On a side note, I wish the game could have stuck to a more supernatural/serial killer/ritualistic killings story, as opposed to the other stuff.

I thought this whole part of the game was pretty hilarious.
I mean, one minute Carla is bent on finding you, then chases you down and watched you escape on a friggin' helicopter, and the next minute she's in bed with you, comforting you after a nightmare. I just kinda sat there with my mouth open for a minute and then said, "What the fuck?"
And then they decide it's a great idea to have sex in a subway car in frigid temperatures, while there are a bunch of secret service Hobos right outside. I mean, what on earth...?
Nonetheless, I seriously loved that game. Thanks for the laugh, and sorry for the rant.

Lol that is so true, as long as there are good movies or games there will always be a disturbingly pointless scene or two. Great job capturing what we had in mind at the time.

Me and my hubby just played this through in one sitting on Sunday
(I bought it the week it came out, and then promptly lost the box. He found it when going through the garage)
We played through and did all the possible endings.. I must say that I was not expecting the one with the internet monsters..
But seriously, carla and lucas.... EWWWWWwwwWW!! That's so sick... Don't you love how she's all like "ooh, your lips are freezing! Mmm lets go bang like bunnies!"

Loved that game. And I always thought the scene between those two was more of an icebreaker than anything. Also, what better way to try and keep warm?

Ok I just finished that game yesterday...the story was so well...untill the point ya had to stealth trough that base (besides the childs stealth stuff isnt a plus for the game itself...and theire german voices are sooooooooooo crappy...like adults trying to sound like kids...the rest of the german voice acting was from ok to good...nuthing compared to the original voices)
Yeah with the beginning of the last part the game started to totally lose his plot...the AI,that superpowers,the sex scene (I thought they would cut that out in US Version),...
The game was still great and I sure playing it again...but it was like someone told them they just have another week left for the game and they took all that is done till then and tried to put it into an "order"...this totally failed imo.Another minus where the bugs....sometimes I lost in the action sequences for no reason >_>
But the game itself really surprised me...such deep and wellwritten characters...they even had a gay one...I mean wich other game has the encourage to insert a gay character...and he is not even that "always" gay with rainbows and all that crap?
They should have cutted that sex scene out of the game...the first one was so great...with that great music and all...it really had heart...but this was sooo ridicoulus

Yeah, it was groudbreaking in so many ways yet just seemed to fall apart at the end. And you're right, it did feel like they were given an unrealistic deadline all of a sudden. Hope they still manage to make some sort of sequel out of its remains, or at least inspire another developer to make something similar... but better
