I changed the colour of her dress, hair, skin, eyes, lips, and eyeshadow; All separately.
Then I erased the original background carefully and replaced it with this one.
Then I just added the flames on her dress and from her hand, and changed the things in her hair.
Next time I will post screenshots, I guess, but It's not all that hard, just time consuming.
I use Photoshop CS6.

To change the colour of something:
1) Go to "Hue/Saturation" under "Adjustments"
2) First choose a colour that is easy to see where it is
3) Use eraser and erase over and a bit around the spot you want to colourize
4) Switch to masks and click invert
5) Erase around where you want to colourize
6) If you mess up erasing either undo it or click invert again and erase the spot you messed up on.
