Woop Woop Wopp
My first picture of 2014!! First and last of January...
First decent actual-could-be-bothered-to-finish painting style picture YAAAAYAYY~ ~

So this pic started out COMPLETELY different to what it is now, the idea began from a dream I had. I was in the P.O.V of a girl and when she looked in the mirror she had a vibrant blue fringe covering her eye and the rest of her hair was black, and around the visible eye her skin was tinged red. And she was a dancer she was about to go on the stage which was made of ice, but it wasn't really made of ice rather it was glass, but whatever? The stage reminded me of the winter Olympics Vancouver opening ceremony a bit...
ANYWHOooO~
Started out drawing this pic on the 12th and kept the same Idea going for about a week and I suddenly flipped the tables, changed the colour, put everything out of wack and it came out like this and I am personally really really proud of myself for keeping at it : D
Then I wanted to add some things floating around her, then thought of those weird floaty things from Avatar, then thought of Jellyfish, the deep sea ones are my fave. Then thought I'd give her some glow to, thus similar to the title; Bioluminescence.

All in all this is pretty much a mass of everything I've seen/learnt over the years all smashed in to one~!

AND CAN I JUST BE CLEAR that I didn't hide the right eye because I was lazy, it was purely meant to be like that from the start

Oh and idk I guess the colours may look weird depending on screen resolution, just saying
