And indeed, I agree, although sometimes, for me, I can like the sketch more than the actual picture. The colors "augmentation" of the picture goes both ways.
Also, I think I'm nearing a "style crossroads" where my drawings are improving enough to branch out into several different styles. I mean, I've been thinking of staying cartoonish with cellshading and all that, but at times I've been thinking of drawing each stroke of fur independently and turning them into a more semi-realistic thing. I don't have enough time to go through all of them so I might have to choose eventually. I probably would go in-between, if that's even possible x3
Eventually though, my goal is to draw more expressful characters and pretty backgrounds and I probably wouldn't care much about details x3

I think we all hope to spend an awesome amount of time and effort into our art, to make it look the best. Sadly that isn't usually possible though so do what you can with what you can, you do miraculous work already.

You know, that reminds me, people often say that "you have 24 hours every day", like they want to emphasize you have enough time for everything but then again, I feel like I don't have time to do everything that I need, that I like to do, that I wish I could do, etc.

Time does fly when you are having fun. 
Time is the only resource everyone shares equally.
Although it is only natural we would suspect we can do more with what we have in the first place. We overestimate our abilities on a lot of things such as that. While, underestimating in things like art.

Personally, I feel that I tend to overestimate bad things and underestimate good things. And I suppose, art is a good example. I tend to look at the bad stuffs in my drawing (like, "oh there's an extra unwanted pixel in the lineart") moreso than the good stuffs. It sure does help me improve though, but as with anything, balance is important. Who doesn't want to have fun while improving? x3

Of course! I know you know but you should see me complain about a picture of mine sometime, especially when I don't see it. I imagine how awful this looks or that and come back to see it far less of an issue than it really was. I think we downgrade ourselves but upgrade things we don't control so much.

That is true. That sort of makes me think too that the society in general likes people who does this. I mean, if you're the other way around, I'm just gonna think that people are gonna call you an asshole for downgrading others' work and upgrading yours. At least, that's the way around here. And yeah, I finally found the word; being humble x3

Being humble is a great trait. Although people may mistake that as being shy and letting people bother you. It is more the sense that you know when and how to talk about yourself. Just enough. And I am sure being like that is an insult anywhere.

Indeed. I think everyone starts out with some sorts of imperfect goodies that you can temper, just like being humble. One needs to know when to speak up for themselves and such, I mean, this here is personal experience x3

We are all flawed, it is just from our natural state on Earth. I think a few of mine that I can work on is self-control. I may get into a conversation on a belief or a discussion on a point that I will argue to defend it to the death. Then forgive you 5 minutes later for fighting.
I also find it hard to see life from other people's perspectives. I would like to experience people's lives, both the ones that have it all, and have nothing. I hate trying to help people but by standing on the outside. I can't sympathize nearly as well.

It's kind of interesting to note that the more you have, the more inclined you are towards wanting more. I mean, it's just natural I suppose, humans aren't ever satisfied with what they have and that's what drives progress. Unfortunately.
