One thing I don't get, in the comics, Deadpools regenerative ability is on account of him being inject with some serum made from Wolverines dna, and officialy decapitation is (or atleast used to be =/) the only wat to kill Wolve.

He has that other thing going for him in that Thanos has made it impossible for him to die, so not only will his body heal from anything, things that would kill wolvie won't work on him.

Well actually, in recent comic events, Deadpool was one of multiple characters officially Killed of trying to prevent a random universe from colliding with the mainstream marvel Universe. (though I'm not sure if he was brought back)

Oddly enough, despite technically being the source of Deadpool's ability to regenerate almost instantaneously, Wolverine can be killed via decapitation. And I am not just saying that because he said it was in that movie that no one likes.

Fun Fact: the normal human head can live for roughly thirteen seconds after being severed depending on the build, health and method of decapitation as well as how much oxygen and associated chemicals are present at the time of decapitation, some victims are still self aware during the thirteen second time window as Wade demonstrates here but he is an exception to the thirteen second rule.
