Once again, IADC Agent Diana Prince has been assigned to go after thief and mind control expert, Hamlin Rule. The last time she took him on, he was robbing his concerts with the use of hypnotic suggestions from his flue. She managed to defeat him as Wonder Woman.

It's 1987 and this time, Rule is using heavy metal as a means to rob his shows and turn the women at his concerts to his mindless fuck toys.

Diana, knowing ONCE AGAIN she'd have to go undercover, went in for a makeover that made her less like a government agent and more like a hot heavy metal chick.
