Super Fast render to say that the Server Freebie is up.
The modular version of this thing with a lot more mats - the grey and red mats will be in the pack, but the green tone is a server specific one - will be in my shop at some point in the near future.

The modular version of this prop is now up on RenderHub. The mat featured above is still only for the Server, though.

(There aren't a whole lot of rules to the server and heavy participation in conversation isn't expected - if you just wanna lurk, by all means, lurk)
