Chibi version of a Cactuar from Final Fantasy XII. Sketch version can be viewed here: [link]Here's the final addition to the FFXII chibi set (at least for the time being).
The cactus! Isn't he a cutie? I always felt so guilty about having my characters attack the little non-aggressive critters. One of the early marks in the game asks you to go after a rebel Cactuar--not too guilt-inducing since he's being a little punk and terrorizing a nearby camp of nomads.However, much later in the game, a family of Cactuars is looking for him. It occurred to me immediately that the Cactuar child they were looking for was the same one my group "took care of" earlier. I felt so awful. ;_; Thankfully, he somehow manages to sprout himself back to life. Whew! Thanks for the guilty feelings, game!

this is the cutest kaktor I've ever seen. first I saw it I thought "wtf THAT is a Kaktor???!!!" but now somehow I preffer this look to the other freaky one

That guy is awesome! You know what game made me feel really guilty like that? Shadow of the Colossus. I mean, those collossi weren't really doing anyone any harm, stomping about, being massive, it wasn't their fault!

I think the cactoid that was causing all the trouble was a flowering cactoid I think that was the mark Vaan was chasing after. I love just slaying these things their so fun to kill but that flowering cactoid you gota watch out for he can be quite mean if you let him shoot his 1000 needle attack at you.
Great job on this he looks exactly like the one in the game and thats a really nice shade of green too.
