Description
Hey! I was just looking at the Watch Dogs logo and thought how I could make it using Displace textures generated in Blender! So I quickly did it! Just rendered (with Cycles, but even easier with BI) a plain black text with Bebas Neue font on a plain white background, looking from the top, and used a procedural texture to use in a Displace node... I know.. i know this is very, very (very) simple, (and not perfect) but I was happy creating it on my one, and in Blender !(even though I realized afterwards that someone had a special 'Watch Dogs' font... I'm actually even happier
So here is the node and texture setup! Enjoy!!
EDIT : IMPORTANT !!! I FORGOT TO SHOW YOU THAT I CHANGED THE 'SCALE' VALUE OF THE 'TEXTURE' NODE !! These are necessary! I PUT X:6 Y:27 And Z doens't matter, So I put Z:1.
Here is a Screenshot if you want !! : 4st.me/Jw7ad.png

Very cool.
Currently I watch a bit Let's Plays from Watch Dogs. Perhaps will play it myself and focus on exploring the city.

Haha, if my simple logo re-creation makes you want to play the game more than a let's-play, then I'm happy

Ahh. Okay. Now it makes more sense and the result looks more like yours. Thanks a lot.
