Ransack is the leader of Velocitron, and the one who did a revolution to destroy the caste system. Even if he doesn't seem strong, never judge someone by his appareance !

Lockdown, growling: Do you think because you have one of my weapons, you will be able to beat me?!
Ransack, contemptuous: Do I have to answer this stupid question?
[Lockdown rushed at Ransack angrily, before attempting to attack him with the hook. But Ransack was so fast that he had no trouble dodging, and hit Lockdown's arm, causing him to feel a sharp pain]
*Lockdown gets back with shock and pain, before grabbing his arm*
Lockdown , paled : (My- My arm!)
[Lockdown couldn't move it anymore. In fact, he didn't feel it at all, while he let go of his hook, which fell to the ground]
Lockdown, angry and scared: What have you done to me?!
Ransack, coldly: Oh that's right! The Senate couldn't tell you, since they don’t know about it too! I have a Capacity that paralyzes everything!
Lockdown , clenching his teeth in dread : (What?!)
[For real?! It changed everything! Lockdown wasn't ready to fight an Outlier, especially not with such a dangerous Capacity! But if he fled, he would be a laughingstock! Defeated by a Velocitronian that isn't even a military vehicle! Out of the question!]
*Lockdown takes a blaster in his slipspace with his hand still valid*
Lockdown, exclaiming: I'm going to slaughter you! Miserable!
[Lockdown fired, but Ransack suddenly found himself in front of him, before cutting the hand holding the blaster, with the hook. Lockdown then felt the same pain as his other arm, except this time his hand had been severed, and the pain disappeared as if his hand had never existed!]
*Lockdown steps back in fear, as both arms are paralized*
Ransack, darkly: You still don't seem to understand. You are not the hunter here. But my prey!
