Holy crap, I could of done better
but I screwed up on her face 
I don't like it 
I haven't been practicing and that's why this SUCKS. Sorry about that...
Worst of all is that I don't have photoshop and I've lost my watermark too...
But as soon as I get myself a new one I'll make a better watermark

Coat color: Dun Painted (is that even a word?
)Mane: Okay, this is where people get confused. It's ALL white except a black stripe on the middle of her mane. And notice the longest part of her mane is where the black stripe is. So is the forelock.
Tail: It's mainly white, except a long black stripe. And her tail is high-set.
Muzzle: Brown
Hooves/inner ears/notrils: Pink/pink/dark brown.
Eye color: Brown

They are pretty much anywhere like Office depot, walmart, maybe a dollar store or an art store... not sure what places you have where you live. But they are cheap color pencils

Sadly I can't make your character Lib's official sister (she already has one actually) because her story has already been written. I'm hoping in the future I can publish a book about it.
But surely they can be friends. I have many other friends here who have their own horse characters and they've become Lib's friends

yah i know god i made such a eautiful pic of my horse her names angel shes a buckskin and its in the ref of libertad and sol when there standing there and u only see there head. im getting a cam for christmas and i have a digital camra btu i dont have the cord to let me download the pics to the computer.

It'd be much better if one day you can get a scanner. But a webcam can do it, if it has good quality. I used to have a Logitech webcam. I am sure your parents can help you install it; it's not hard. It comes with a CD, you install that and once that's done you plug in the webcam and take pics. One helpful tip: It's better to take pictures during the day. Let the sun light up your drawing instead of using a lamp because it may ruin your pics.

Of course it helps when you make a clear outline (use black pen and make it as neatly as possible) and with practice. I used to hold my breath so I wouldn't move the camera

Hmm... well I do a lot of observation and practice lots, and lots of times 'til I get used to it. I know what you mean, when I first started, it was hard
I am sure you can find tutorials in here about curly hair though
