Description
So I finally decided I need to make an official reference for her. And a story. Kind of.
Please ignore the odd marks my scanner leaves behind.

The numbers on the left side are the numbers of prisma colored pencils that I use.

Senshi Name: Sailor Chibi Fuzz
Civilian name: Shiba Chika (traditional order)
Meaning: Scattered flowers on the lawn
Shiba 芝 - lawn
Chika 散花 - scattered flowers
English name: Daisy Glendale

Homeworld: Tanpopo 蒲公英
Meaning: Dandelion
Location: Second closest planet to the star Aldebaran.

Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Association: Rogue senshi, Galactic center guardians (former)
Timeframe: Distant future, during Crystal Tokyo

Age: Crystal Tokyo equivalent of 14
Favorite foods: Dandelion soup
Least favorite: Stardust soup
Strongest skills: pranks, trouble, baking
Worst skills: being genuinely nice

History: Chika was born into privilege. She belonged to the prestigious Shiba family, a noble family which brought to the Aldebaran planets an exotic and delicious dish called stardust soup. The soup was made by combining the ice from comets with elements of stars and nebulae.

Chika was selected to be a Galactic Center guardian, a branch of Neo Queen Serenity's senshi tasked with guarding the center of the galaxy from anyone who wished to corrupt the core. Chika possessed an unusually strong star seed, allowing her to transform into Sailor Aldebaran at a young age.

Chika really wanted nothing to do with her position or her legacy within the Shiba family. She hated stardust soup (it tasted like frozen chalk to her) and being a galactic center guardian was like scratching a chalkboard. She wanted excitement in her life, and so she began to cause trouble, at first anonymously by increasing pollen levels or causing allergic attacks to spike. When the locals fingered her as the culprit, Chika simply laughed at their misery, causing a wide-spread allergic attack until no one could function anymore. They were all too busy sneezing and wheezing.

Amused, Chika left, changing her name to Sailor Chibi Fuzz as she cast her ties to the past aside. She found others who were bored with the new Silver Millennium's peace and tranquility. With them, she formed the rogue senshi, placing herself as leader of the group.

Personality: Chika is a little ball of chaos driven mostly by boredom. She enjoys causing misery and laughs at their misfortune. While her powers revolve around allergens and dandelions, something that grew wildly on her planet, she has no hesitation to taunt people with other means, such as tying people's shoelaces together or stealing their food.

Her words are always brash, though she is capable of impersonating proper manners and kindness. Deception is sometimes too much work, but if it means she can get what she wants (namely chaos) in the end, she will manipulate her target into believing that she is a kind and proper person while smirking and taunting them behind their backs.

With her noble upbringing, Chika had manners and proper etiquette pounded into her mind. While her actions and mouth are often rather rude, signs of her etiquette show up every so often. When sitting, she always crosses her legs and properly handles her silverware when eating. She even cleans up her mess in the kitchen after baking. Chika absolutely never slouches. Chika is actually pretty smart, though she tends to act dumb at times. Her education into the arts, sciences, and even domestic affairs is incredibly thorough, though she really only uses her culinary skills, and she takes pride in her ability to bake extraordinary cakes and pies.

Chika isn't evil in the traditional sense. She enjoys causing trouble and chaos, but not necessarily out of malice. Her actions are almost purely driven by boredom. On rare occasions, Chika can be driven by the need for revenge, and it is then that the malice comes into play.

Dandelion Fuzz Explosion! (Offensive)
Chibi Fuzz summons hundreds of white fuzzy dandelion seedlings around her and sends them off to her target. The dandelion fuzz not only causes sneezing (not effective on all targets, unfortunately) but they also explode on contact. The explosions are not large and mostly are irritating and can cause localized skin rashes.

Weapons:
Chibi Fuzz possesses two metal war-fans. The fans are larger than a handheld fan, but not too large to make them difficult to carry. The fans are reinforced with metal and can be used to smack people if they get to close. While Chibi Fuzz prefers to use magic, she will summon her fans if she finds that it will benefit her in some way, mostly as a means to spread allergens about.
