An Omakase Custom Design (like surprise me but working along the brief)

This is the process of working on character which similar to what I told the customer :
The idea about clothing is he's somewhat an idol in this world, right? He would be perfect to make cool complicate figurines. The clothing somewhat a lolita idol they usually has puffy skirt but since he's male and wearing shorts I made the puffy place on the sleeves instead it is see through and not too puffy overly large. He still can grab pen and sign for his fan. (his hips also see through but it's light color so It's harder to see)
I think he's gonna cry bc he need to meet his fans he felt anxious... poor guy

jellyfish associate with ribbons/flowey fabric but I don't want to make the clothing to have too much of that bc he has flowy long hair already.

he's wearing somewhat of a tight clothing. He is the person that probably 'close' his heart and lock away things I think he can't be wearing the loose or open collar one.

He still moving very easy with shorts. I added some pink and purple then and there. not too much bc main color is green-blueish

hat is beret moon jellyfish

his body is combination of water-see through and on the middle made by gem stone. His color is near the sea angel I want him to look completely different from that one is what I'm going toward - light coloring not too overly contrast as I follow the reference and didn't see any rib bones bc of that. I want him to be unique on his own

Manta ray ears bent different angle from the example. I seen them doing this angle I think it's cute

There are also the story invole I talked about as well but it might be too long to read already. Anyway I love designing character along with their story even they didn't have one I still develop it through my feeling of what they might be. In the end customer can choose if they like the little story I came up with or not if not just don't use them.
In this case me and the customer has similar idea of how character would be that's a win-win <3
