You might think this character is female... nah XD It's a he! Marine angel based on sea slug and sea angel request with no tail. He has interesting development. Upon knowing that he has sea angel inspiration, I went and search what sea level they living in. That's why the fishes wasn't the same design they came from coral ecosystem in that level. There is a star fish acting as a heart also little nautilus. He has many friends with him ^-^! I show my friend the design without saying anything and she said that he looks like a sea angel. I'm happy to hear so since the shape of his clothing inspire by it's body. I think the message go through others and that's very nice to hear.
