*theres a flash from the device and a man is standing on top of it, he's kind short, about 5' 9" or so, he's wearing overalls and a red shirt. There's a construction glove on his right hand, he has a pair of dark tinted safety goggles, and is wearing a bowler hat just like the one spy has.*
