Description THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE
IN NO WAY ARE THESE TWO HAVING BABIES,
THEY MAY, OR MAY NOT IN THE FUTURE

GALAXY KITTENS ARE A CLOSED SPECIES, CREATED BY ME
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE YOUR OWN

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THIS ARE IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM
THIS IS NOT A BASE
DO NOT TURN THIS INTO A BASE
IF I WANTED IT TO BE A BASE, IT WOULD BE (ITSNOT)
DO NOT REUPLOAD TO ANY SITE
IF I WANTED IT TO BE THERE, I WOULD UPLOAD IT THERE.

So, how Breeding in Galaxy Kittens works:

They have no set 'sex', they have chosen genders (choice pronouns, he, she and they)
In this instance, HAZel is a They, and SELena is a She
But in other pairings, it can be a She and a She, a He and a He, They and They, He and They, She and Theu, and She and He.

They lay eggs! (As you can see)
When they hatch, Kits are born Galaxy-less and are surrounded by the colored mist.
Mist decides eye color
Kits eyes do not open until they have been 'approved' by HAZel, or the current Alpha
Once approved, the eyes open, and the mist disappears.

It does not take long for eggs to hatch, they are ready to hatch the moment they are born, but choose not to.

Eggs that hatch, but are not approved by the Alpha will never 'awake'
In a sense, they lay dormant, in some cases becoming a mist, where stars are born.

Max amount of eggs per clutch is 4. Minimum is 2, however, the alpha may, or may not choose to awake a kit.

Okay, Technical info on breeding:

Obviously, both owners need to be willing to breed

Eggs are designed by me, but sleeping kits can be designed by me, or the parents owners.
(Eyes and tails are not to be designed, those are done by me.)

Breeding occurs by drawing, or writing about the two/three (yes, 3. They're cat based, multiple 'fathers')

State in each pairing 'Father X Mother' (In this case, HAZel X SELena)

Kittens don't have to mate for life
Some kittens breed just for a kit, and that's all.
Others breed for love, it's not a mate specific thing, and generally isn't considered a 'sexual' thing
It's Stars, their Galaxy is what 'breeds'
Stars leave the parent galaxies and become the kits galaxies

Colors are always what the parent has. Never a mix (blue and red don't make purple)
Full Heterochromia isn't normal. Sectoral heterochromia is very common

Fur colors are never mixed, it's always the same as what the parents have.

Star Count in parents defines the star Count in Kits.
Low x Low =Low
High x High =High
Average X Average = Average
Low x High = Average
Average X High = Average, High
Low X Average = Low, Average

Any other questions, please ask, I'm still tweeking, and fixing everything with this species!

No, these eggs are not for sale. They were just an example.
