Marble I got from Angelpaw33And I can’t remember who I got Neo from? (He’s been through like, 8 redesigns, so he doesn’t really look like his original design anymore :/)

An older (but not old) female who loves to tend to, and care for others. She’s commonly seen caring for the illlegal kits before The Father finds them, or she’s able to find them a Kittypet home. She’s sterile, but not by outside means, she’s just not able to kits of her own, so she enjoys caring for those she can. She eventually joins Riverclan to become their PermaQueen.
Neo (Neopolitan)

The Family
He’s very content with his life as it is. He follows rules, and causes no problems. He’s not one to causes a fuss, and tends to follow orders to the best of his ability.
He decides to stay with The Family

Awww, poor Marblecloud. Do you think she'd be ask to foster kits if their mom died or abandoned them? She sounds like she'd be a great mama cat.

She would be emotionally, but she wouldn't be able to produce any milk. So if the kits are at least 6 weeks old she could foster them until they reach the appropriate apprentice age!
If they're younger, and no other nursing queen is around she'll probably sneak them off to another clan what does have one, and bring them back when they're weaned.
They could possibly be related, but it's not canon. I don't think they interact at all in my notes.
