found it on my flash drive. i drew it w while ago, and never used it.RULES
-Draw to adopt, or free adopts ONLY
-Leave the signature, AND watermark on there.
-DO NOT put your signature on! (yeah, i've seen people do that.)
-WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN BEING REPORTED THE SECOND I SEE IT! (meaning, i will not comment about the picture, i will go straight to the REPORT button.)
-Don't re-upload the lineart. AT ALL. (meaning, don't leave a blank colored wolf, and say it's a custom. they HAVE to be colored.)

I'm not sure what you have been trying to say. If you wanted me to offer to draw one, I can't at the moment. I gave you suggestions to help with what you wanted. If you want a base, then ask people, or commission them. Beating around the bush isn't going to help. It might just irritate some people.
Best of luck finding a wolf and cat base.
(I saw lots that I thought were cute, maybe use one of those?)
