Well I just installed GIMP, spent 2 hours looking for tutorials and finally found a good one
Sketched on paper and edited, outlines, coloured and placed a background on this using GIMP ^^ Took around an hour to do
I know its not great but its my first attempt at using GIMP

yup! people do get better at what they do if they keep on practicing and gain experience
oh yeah...the person who stole your art is really annoying and stupid.I mean, doing it twice? and if you're gonna steal someones art at least change it up a bit and erase the signature. Its so obvious that she stole your art....but not erasing the watermark makes it easier for her to get banned.
