So a little about my centaur obsession.
I have always liked the look of them. I used to look up artists who drew them and admire their work so I kinda just grew to like them more and more. Eventually when I started customizing model horses again I had this idea that I should make a centaur model. It's been done a few times before and I love the work I see put into them but I wanted to try it for myself and see how it turned out.
First things first I needed to know how to put a centaur together in a drawing so I knew the best looking muscle lines and what kind of transition to use and there are so many ways.
My centaur is finally done being sculpted and is onto the painting part. Ill be uploading plenty of pictures of her when she's done and hopefully I'll be able to make another one soon.

I'd only imagine that most centaur artist have a problem in drawing centaurs in different prospective body poses which is something I like doing unless its for a profile intro, that's pertaining to bios ^.^
So Yaku yatta! (great job)
It's wise to create different body poses when becoming a centaur artist and its a bit difficult only because equine art books show you to draw horses in a general way not DIVERSE body positions and prospective.
Your better off looking into equine photos and stock photos.
Can't wait for you to get this one finalized

Thanks so much! I'm doing my best but its so awkward to try and figure out how much they bend in one direction or another.
Most positions I see in 'how to draw' books is standing with different arm poses but not a lot of full body changing positions which is odd.
