Cyrovus was involved with an unfortunate encounter with the blue screen of death, leading to her electricity enduced glitch into the Sen'nahat desert. She came crashing down head first, causing her hard drive to corrupt. She lost all memory of her past including her time in the Wreck It Ralph video game. She may remember one day. But now she has pretty much had a factory reset.
