(You must download winrar, or any program that lets you open .RAR files *since its a .RAR file lmao*,
open the Purple Guy Shimeji file, then just keep clicking the folders till you see a .EXE application called 'Shimeji-ee.exe', then wait for it to open to something that asks you what image to use, and then the only choice is Purple guy, so yeah ouo,
then the cutie randomly appears and you can make him do a bunch of stuff like follow your mouse, or just sit there.)

(Its ok!, just click on the blue writing of the language you want for the program and it downloads, it doesn't matter if you click the 64 bit version or the 32 bit version XD)
