Ages above 7, please. This is a Mansion, not a school.
Some pets are allowed, BUT DON'T OVERDO IT. 8D

Notable features: This feature lets others remember important facts in RPs and when someone else draws them, i.e. eye colour/shape, scars/birthmarks/tattoos, accessories, non-humanoid features, and so on! Can be a list, bullets, etc.
Personal Background
Likes: This section can be a list or a paragraph of information. Make it long enough so anyone can get a picture on how the character reacts.
Dislikes: Same requirements as above.
Fears: Same as above.
Goals: Why did they come into the mansion?
Personality: Tell us how they behave in at least a paragraph long text or about a hundred words.
History: This section needs to be at least two paragraphs long or around two hundred words.
Abilities
Characters may also have attributes, meaning areas where they are more talented or that can develop more quickly. The higher your character's level, the more they can develop their attributes. Of course, it is wasier to advance and improve their primary attirbute than the secondary, tertiary and inferior.
Primary attribute goes up every level.
Secondary attribute goes up every 2 levels.
Tertiary attribute goes up every 5 levels.
Inferior attribute goes up every 10 levels.
Strength: Attack, defense, stamina, resistence.
Speed: Dexterity, flexibility, acrobatics.
Energy: Magic, summoning, shifting, resistance to magical changes and attacks.
Mind: Intelligence, wit, perception, memory, concentration.
This is the usage of the attributes
(The powers of your OCs are useless in many places in the mansion! Don't be surprised if a ghost can't pass through a wall. Not until you've earned a good amount of ligts will your character fully be able to use them. *Please avoid abilities that can manipulate/attract/control another character’s actions and/or feelings.*) Can be a list or a paragraph of information and so forth.

It's an art group for both writing and drawing/painting, so if you don't feel comfortable with drawing you can ask a friend to do it for you, or commission an artist to do it :>
I see you do traditional art! You can also scan your drawings or take a good photograph and paste it into the digital application.

What would I do if my character is both male and female? Depending on the "trinket" he/she wears around its neck.....
