Well, This is Raijin, the main character for Megaman X: Legacy, the fangame I'm planning on making (hopefully) by Christmas 2009.

Raijin was born as the human Adam Langley in the 2190s, but his mother died in childbirth. When he was fifteen, he was involved in a horrendous accident that left ninety-five percent of his body destroyed, and his father dead. In order to save his life, his doctors transferred his mind into a Reploid body that had a similar appearance to his human one. Raijin lived as a peaceful Reploid for a year, before being part of a Maverick riot. Raijin helped out the Maverick Hunters by taking a fallen Hunter’s gun and opening fire on the Mavericks in order to protect those that were being threatened by them. Afterwards, Raijin went to his doctors and asked them to convert his body to a battle Reploid’s. During testing of his new Reploid body, one of the doctors noted that he moved like lightning. At that moment, Raijin decided to start calling himself ‘Raijin’, after the god of thunder and lightning. Raijin applied for the Maverick Hunters, and was accepted as a D-Class Hunter.

After about a year working with the Hunters, Raijin decided to go to Giga City on his mandatory vacation. After a chance encounter with Cinnamon, a female medical Reploid, Raijin finds himself thrust into a plot to reawaken an experiment that should have never happened. Now it's Raijin's job to stop this plot, and protect Giga City.
