In general, I liked the picture, but there are drawbacks:
1. House on the Left may not be combined with the atmosphere of the picture. Plus, the grass on this house is not very nice turned out. I think it would be better to crop a little picture on the left.
2. The sky right overexposed. You can get a correctly exposed sky from a RAW file or a little toned photograph before you convert it to monochrome.
3. The left (pictured) hand a little bit blurred.
4. It is better to move the person closer to the edge of the picture. The central location of the main object is usually not a good solution.

Interesting, but I think a photo doesn't need to be perfect in a technically way to convey a feeling or a statement.
