O.o I dissapear a few weeks and your art improves A LOT e.deviantart.net/emoticons/f/f… " width="30" height="26" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="485" title="Flirtatious"/>
Once I told you that your use of colors is pretty cool, and this work is a proof of that e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/> the way you mixed colors to get shades, the eefects in your character's eyes, the game of perspectives... Is just amazing e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>
The piece keeps your characteristic style, but also improves and fixes a errors that sometimes appears in your monochormatic work as detail in small parts; I see in your colored wotks you put a special efort in details, making them looks with the precision of a swiss watchmaker e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

Is just wonderful e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/>

Gosh Manuel you are really too kind!

Since beginning with colour I have studied light sources and also blending so I can shade properly, something I never really did in my monochromatic work. It's helped a lot. I hope I can improve even more in time.

I'm so glad you told me you enjoyed my colour works because it encouraged me to try painting. I'm also very glad you like it and thanks for the high rating!

Ballpoint pens are really underrated in my opinion. Plus they're the only pen I find works with watercolours. The expensive multiliners all bleed and run everywhere when they get wet. And thanks, I'm glad you like it!Β

Β Agree, I have only used the liners for outlines, but I notice they will bleed into the skin colors!!

I used to use them for lining sketches a long long time ago , they're good if you're doing a manga or something, or working with copics, but otberwise I tend to give them a miss.

The only thing with ballpoints is that they smear so you have to be careful. They're just horrible really on copy paper. But then again most mediums are horrible on copy paper.

Β I hate the copy paper...I did one inking on it though..came out good, but had to tape it down.
