The stage is a pmx file and you need to load two of then and rotate one of them 180 degrees.

I think you mean the person sitting, I figured its the length of the legs, with both Miku and Luka it did not work, but with Kaito it does.. so I guess males only on the chair, unless your women have long legs :')
