made this one yesterday with the sigma 150mmthis is approx. a 1:1.5 macro shot, I love the detail with the little hairs... maybe I could have used ISO200 on this, the faded background is missing something at ISO400...
If you look closely you can spot this little F%^&N piece of dust on my sensor (about 2cm's above the head), but dont mind editing my pictures, I like pictures original, right from the camera....

Updated file with logo, a tryout
there was big spot from the dirt on my sensor on that place.

I like it , It has nice colors and framing. I don't care for the dark area towards the left top of the image.

ISO heeft op zich niks te maken met de achtergrond, je merkt het alleen als je iso echt te hoog instelt (zoals 1600).
Hoog iso = kortere sluitertijd = minder onscherpte

nope oneens, bij iso 400 zie je al duidelijk kwaliteitsverlies, bij 800 weliswaar erger (en 1600 is te verwaarlozen 
vooral bij grote vlakken met een klein kleurverloop, zie je dat het beeld brokkelig word, bij deze foto vooral duidelijk te zien bij 1024+ daarom heb ik hem ook redelijk klein hier, anders zie je heel erg duidelijk beeldruis in de achtergrond.

Het verschil tussen 200 en 400 iso is enorm moeilijk om te zien.

You actually have 2 dust spots on the sensor. the other one is pretty small.
