Description HUGE thanks to for giving me my first request!! You're awesome man!

Anyhow, as you can guess I was asked by to do a picture of Sally and Bunnie posing with one another, and my imagination (and a few photo refferences) did the rest. I'm actually really glad that he didn't really give me any specifics about what EXACT way he wanted them posed. That gave me a little bit of freedome, and I really appreciate that.

For some odd reason, I had the HARDEST time getting Sally's colors right... (My Roseart pencil set had like....eight shades of brown, so it was more difficult than it seems.) Shading was easier though, and Bunnie's colors seemed to flow pretty smoothly.

And JUST for those idiots are like, "Kinky." I want to say to you -KORY- that it's not that sort of pic. I kind of seem to invison Bunnie and Sal as a sort of sisterly pair. Bunnie the older and more carefree, and Sally the uptight and slightly immature younger sister. So yeah.....NO KORYS!!

Once again, BIG thanks to , you rock man.

Sally and Bunnie are (C) for Archie comics and Sega I guess..

Artword (C) for moi

What do you find immature about her? I always thought she was the most mature of the bunch or maybe she is just comapritively so by standing next to Sonic ;3

Bunnie- "She aint heavy yall.. she's mah princess."

Eh, I suppose with having to deal with Sonic all the time makes her a little on edge and causes her blunter side to come out... True, she is very mature...but for some it just seemed she was being so because she had to be a princess, and make decisions and such.

Lol, of course she ain't Bunnie.

well at the time of the satam show the FF were all in there preteens accept for rotor who was the oldest in the group and tails the youngest.

They were all really children but they had to conduct business as adults. Even Antione I think did a better job of taking his duties more seriously then Sonic.

In Archie Sonic it was revealed that Sally was trained from a very young age in the arts of tactics and mortal combat by her mentor Julayla who later died after the fall of Mobotropolis. The vest she wears was a gift left by her teacher.

So even before the war Sally really didnt get a chance to be a kid, she was already being groomed for her future position as leader but noone could have guested she would be taking up that mantle of leadership at such a young age.

Few of us can, imagine never having an actually childhood and fighting a war from age 10 to age 16.

If you ask me the only reason the war lasted so long is she foolishly never considered the use of ACTUAL weapons.

In gorrilla warfare it is absolutely neccessary to take your enemy's weapons after a battle so you can use them against him in the next battle.

The guys at DIC were prob all afraid about glorifying guns but against an unliving robotic enemy i dont see how those morals apply, do you?

Yeah, I think I understand. After Shadow and all that junk, I'm sure they're still skeptical about gun use. But not so closed minded to it now. (Which is sort of bad >_>; )

Well, it's added a new gravity of violence to the storyline. True it had alot of psychological and robot themed stuff earlier....I just.....I don't know....

I guess my point is now that they have something that is a definite real danger to those in both worlds (real and Mobius) what they're gonna put in next?

sorry i didnt quite understand that last paragraph. Do you mean the enigma of guns in the hands of young Mobians in fiction vs guns in schools and stuff in RL?

LeaTheWolf In reply to coonk9 [2008-09-23 23:45:01 +0000 UTC]

Basically. And also saying vice versa, where as what are they gonna put in the hands of young Mobians if the writers take weapons from the real world and put them in their comic. Like the guns.

well those that are too young to fight should stay behind like Tails had to but those young Mobians old enough to shoulder the responsibility should be eager to take up arms against their unfeeling remorseless enemy. least thats my opinion.

Raise your guns high and RAZE Robotropolis to the ground!

Hm, I suppose that makes sense. But then Tails uses his own weapons to fight, so he plays a part even though he isn't old enough. XD

umm okay.. well Mobian kids are more sensible when it comes to firearms then. It's the whole animal instincts thing. Mobian cubs can sense the danger in the weapon and know to either handle it carefully after instruction or leave it the hell alone.

Human kids are stupid and look down the barrel or wave it at there freinds playing cowboys and such

True, true indeed.

Lol, I'm sure at that age I would have been either doing the waving about, or be too petrified to even touch a gun if I saw one. >_>;

At least it was inspired by a scene in the second Star Wars movie "The Empire Strikes Back" (Episode Five) where Chewbacca was carrying a backwards broken down limb C-3PO in a backpack or something like that.
