HA HA!!! Something actually ORIGINAL!!!!!! *dances happily* XD YAY!
Drew this randomly one day a few months back - completely forgot that it was in my hard drive until now. 
*chuckles* Whee! All I can say is that it turned out a heck of a lot better than I thought it was going to. Hooray for unplanned spontaneous doodling! Oh yeah - this should be in scraps due to the quality of the picture, but I couldn't help myself.

Looks absolutely grand! Great shading and scale placement. My only pet peeve here is that the neck looks just a hair thin for the head. I dunno. Maybe I need to update my contact lens...

I have to agree that the neck does look a little thin - it could be from two things though, I think. Either we are seeing it differently or the same - are you thinking that the neck as a whole is thin or the portion closer to the head is thin? There is a line of dorsal plates that, due to their lying over the sides of the neck, they make the portion of the neck with the smaller scales look like it is narrower closer to the head. I'm not sure if that is what you were pointing towards, but if it is the whole neck that looks thin, then I accept your critique. I accept your critique in any case, but I just wanted to say that. Um... *glances back at the picture* up towards the head is really great. It's the base of the neck that needs to broaden out just slightly as it connects with the body. But other than that, I think you've created a very original dragon that looks like it's ready to master the skies.

That is very similar to how I picture one of my dragon characters to look but could never draw him. Long-distance telepathy? Coincidence? ...Probably the latter. XD
For a random doodle, this came out excellent. Looks kinda...oriental, with the "whiskers" and crest thingy, but not quite. Love the detail and overall design.
