Lana Caine is a famous actress. Because of her profession and beautiful looks, most men treat her like a sex symbol instead of a real person. The only male who respects her is Blaze, an alien robot that can transform into a red sports car.
Lana and Blaze have been living together for a year as part of a top-secret government operation. When Lana finally realizes her feelings for the alien housemate, she makes a bold move and opens herself up. And that night turns out to be a big mistake. She has no idea how much her reckless action hurts Blaze until she senses the hatred in those cold optics...
I often browse Amazon for free books. That's how I found Crystal Lattis's Roboterotic Love series. Despite the cheesy title and cover art and the steamy interspecies smut, the book itself is actually pretty good. Besides, it's easy to pass the RoboTransbots in this book for Cybertronians from the Transformers fandom. If you're into the Cybertronian/human pairing thing, you will probably enjoy this Sci-Fi erotic romance as well.
And yes, I basically read anything as long as the topic sounds interesting. And I regret nothing.

I can't believe that there is artwork for this on here (or anywhere for that matter). I saw this book on Amazon and wasn't going to buy it because, well, it just looked like a transformers knockoff or something. But also because there are other books that I want to buy right now. Although, I guess that if you took the time to make some artwork for it, it must be pretty good! I think I am just going to have to get it now... yay for more books!

Lol, is it really that surprising?
The book was free when I first saw it on Amazon. Most of my favorite TF fanfics were on hiatus, so I was like, "Why not? This one is free. Besides, it's just like another TF fanfiction." The book turned out to be a pleasant surprise because it was actually quite entertaining. It did have some mature content and sexual situations, but you can see stuff like that in many M-rated fafics on FFN.
Anyway, I'm so happy you actually want to read this book. Hope you enjoy it, then!

Yes, it seems like the fanfictions for Transformers come in waves when the movies come out. I've actually found most of the TF fanfics that I enjoy from your artwork! I'm not very active here on DA, but I LOVE a good fanfic, and you have great taste!
Speaking of fanfic, I know you're probably sick of hearing about this, but if you could help me out I'd really appreciate it. There is a guy on wattpad who is trying to recreate the Deux Claret series based on pieces of it that he is puzzling back together. He is under the impression that the series was completely finished, but another user on Wattpad stated that Blackwing Rose never finished When we Dared the Dawn. I myself only found out about the series not too long ago, so my knowledge of the status of her story is vague at best. If you could tell me whether or not she finished it, I would be happy to let him know. I would hate for him to spend so much time looking for the rest of a story that was never written.

Aww... That's too bad. Maybe one day she, or another great author will finish the story. It deserves a good ending, and I would commission someone myself. So if you know any good writers that are familiar with the series, send them my way! Until then, I guess we just have to wait.

if if you like human/robot stories Blue Hearts of Mars is about a girl and an android who fall in love, but the relationship is illegal. It's also free on Amazon, and I'm reading it now. You should check it out!

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. I hardly had time to spend online during the Chinese New Year holidays this month, so I couldn't respond to your comment sooner.
About the Deux Claret series, the author never finishes the trilogy. She left the third installment (When We Dared the Dawn) on permanent hiatus as she worked hard on her original novel. In the last chapter of that unfinished fanfic, Galvatron captures Alexis and murders her, making the Starscream and the Autobots watch the cruel scene via a snuff film.
After announcing the news of leaving the trilogy on permanent hiatus, the author sent her WIP drafts to some readers by e-mail to let people get a sneak peek of future chapters of WWDTD. In those scattered drafts, Mikaela gives birth to her child, and Rose and Ratchet finally bond. And that's it. You won't be able to find a complete trilogy because the trilogy is never finished.
And since the author had changed many scenes and critical details during her rewrite session, you may find several different versions of the Deux Claret series if you ask different readers about the story. The stories you see on Wattpad now belong to the first edition, which is rather old compared to the rewritten version.
