was just messing around and thought it looked alot like a bone, then I thought of it as a tree and it worked from there.edit, Updated to the new"er" image, just did a few quick fixes.

thanks, this is one of my very few landscape works (I have ALOT of stuff not on DA).
This is my only one quite like this though, alot of my work is just a blob/mess/etc, deformed using filters till I see something in it, then I work away at it like a mad man.
Im nowhere near a above skill artist, but I like what I do and how I do it, and thats what counts.

I spent most of yest changing it about, Il upload the "new" one later, just added some more light, got rid of the dead space, texturized the ground a bit.

haha, its a tree now, it was "at first" looking like a bone with a scraped, damaged "part" making it look worn, old, and poorly treated, but I changed my mind and made it a tree on a path, The brightness on my moms comp is crap, so im not sure how dark it looks for you people, its black here, but at school it looked decent.

It looks fine... I just thought "Wow, somebody really doesn't get exercise if it has moss on it's bones..."

haha, as I said, at first I thought of the "moss" as "damaged" parts, then I changed it. ^_^
