pretty much if you wanted to paint a circle you would cut out a circle then wen you paint over the paper with a hole in it, it would leave the circle you cut out. if that makes sense lol

lol yup it is. this is my second try wen i first cut it the layers didnt match up.so after starting all over again this is how it came out
