I love the black and white one, I think its a lot better then the colour. The colour seem to distract.

this is nice too, but I'm not so sure about those spaces that are filled in with gradients or whatever. I think it would look more visually arresting without them (as in just complete black on white - no greys). I just can't get over how COOL this design is!!
