Gee,last week was so damn long......Rin Tōsaka from Fate series.Her soul was corrupted when she finally touch the Holy Grail.The corruption then spread her current servant,Saber.
After tasting its power,Rin decided to seize all the corrupted power from the Holy Grail,and spread its corruption all over the world,only for her pleasure.

... you're sure that the Dark Grail has TRULY corrupted Rin, and not that Rin Tohsaka is not taking advantage of said Dark Grail to have a molestable-and-obedient Saber at her orders, obedient to her every whim?

Not all humans though, in general those who are "warped" or contracted/modified to it (like Dark Sakura with a shard inplanted, it won't hurts it's master) and those who it could consider "chosen" (That Kiritsugi could be if he had accepted the grail)
