Shadaloo's summoning system was gone wrong. When M.Bison tried to contain the situation himself, a particular servant, Oda Nobunaga, was somehow fusion with him.

They eventually became one- Oda Nobunaga with combined memories and power,and the new leader of Shadaloo.

She then summoned her nemesis, Okita Souji , and easily brainwashed her with her new Psycho power.

With the new power and organization in hand, Nobunaga was planing her new move.......
