Well, I am out of words for intro. There is the story.===============
"Rogue? Sinister? I am both."
Rogue's power made Mr. Sinister came a idea- He could send a "piece of himself" into Rogue's body.
Then the piece of himself would feed on Rogue's power and grow, finally it would take over her body.
Mr. Sinister's plan was a success......well, kind of.
The piece of himself did not just feed on Rogue's power, but fuse with her DNA.
It eventually created an abomination- a hybrid between Rogue and Sinister.
They shared the same powers, knowledge, even personalities.
It soon proved to be a mistake. As this "Rogue" soon took over all Sinister's lab and research.
With Rogue's power and Sinister's intelligence, it made her nearly unstoppable.
After Rogue wiped out all of her "lower clone", she was completely replaced Sinister.
A new "Sinister Rogue".

It's weird seeing Rogue show skin, weirder seeing skin on the Sinister outfit.

You know that the editors won't let her be with anyone but Gambit, right? And that Gambit is the clone son of Sinister with genetic codes related to Cyclops's eye beam added, right? How would this new Rogue see her lover (and now son?)

Actually, I didn't. And after a quick search, Gambit being a Sinister clone seems to be original plan but didn't carry out, as I read.
But this Sinister Rogue I ignored most of the setting, so it didn't matter I guess.
And if you asked what this Rogue think, she probably thinks she can make a perfect tool out of him......it's just my stuff .

Yeah, this got confirmed in X-Men the End, but that's not canon. He has inserted himself into other people before, and thus got revived as a woman. That last thing, Yeah, I can see her having that reaction.
