This is my APH fancharacter Moldova, put to lyrics from "The Razor" by Head Automatica.
No, Moldova is not a cutter. She's also not a prostitute. I just thought that this snippet sort of matched her pent up anger. And the "a friend of the devil" is talking about Russia. A friend of Russia. Well, technically she hates him, but she works for him in Soviet Union time, so yeah.

And yes, she is holding his scarf.
